Job Summary
A company is looking for a Family Health Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searches
- Coordinate issue resolution with providers and payers, including claims adjustments and grievances
- Provide proactive care guidance and education to members regarding health programs and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school/GED diploma
- 2-year associate's degree in healthcare/health sciences or equivalent experience
- Experience in roles such as Health Guide, Medical Assistant, or Pharmacy Technician
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience resolving high-level customer service issues
