Job Summary

Leading the Family Success Liaison team, the full-time Family Intake and Enrollment Manager will manage the family journey from initial inquiry through service start, ensuring a comprehensive discovery experience and smooth enrollment process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure families receive a comprehensive discovery experience that addresses their child's developmental and educational needs
• Oversee family access operations, including insurance verification and funding workflows, to facilitate smooth transitions into services
• Lead and develop the Family Success Liaison team, monitoring performance and implementing quality controls to enhance the enrollment process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and developing a client-facing team, including hiring and performance management
• Demonstrated ownership of intake-to-enrollment performance with measurable outcomes
• Experience managing CRM and customer communication systems, preferably Zoho CRM or similar platforms
• Strong process improvement skills with a focus on enhancing efficiency and conversion rates
• Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with families and referral partners
