Family Medical Leave Senior Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative for Family Medical Leave.

Responsibilities:

• Make claim/customer eligibility determinations and manage ongoing claims for Family Medical Leaves
• Communicate with employees, employers, and medical professionals to gather information and provide updates
• Maintain leave and absence information in the system

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, BA degree preferred
• Strong critical, analytical, and investigative skills
• Prior FMLA or Disability Claims experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to toggle between multiple applications and/or computer monitors simultaneously
