Job Summary

Offering a part-time remote opportunity, the Family Medicine Physician (MA, NC, SC, OR) will provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a virtual setting, managing a dedicated panel of patients while leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance clinical decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and meaningful patient encounters through virtual care
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients, referring to specialists as needed
• Engage in population health initiatives and support patients post-discharge to reduce hospital readmissions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits is required
• Active state licensure in MA, NC, SC, OR preferred
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
