Family Mentor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Mentor to provide support and skill-building to carer families and patient support people as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting carers and support people where they are on the recovery journey
• Supporting Provider Team guidance with lived experience and strategy
• Fostering retention of carers in treatment

Required Qualifications:

• Lived experience as a caregiver for a loved one with an eating disorder
• Strong skills in communication and collaboration with diverse, multidisciplinary teams
• Organized and results-driven
• Comfortable with web-based platforms and use of Google applications
• Coaching and/or mentoring skills (bonus)
