Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time or full-time Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct virtual primary care evaluations, manage chronic and acute care needs, and develop individualized treatment plans while working remotely as a 1099 contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual primary care evaluations and assessments
• Manage and oversee care for chronic diseases, acute care needs, and routine health maintenance
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Active FNP certification
• Licensure in multiple states is preferred
• Strong commitment to minority health and caring for culturally and ethnically diverse populations
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
