Family Nurse Practitioner Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Family Nurse Practitioner Aesthetics Course Coordinator, who will manage course content oversight, curriculum compliance, and faculty mentorship while ensuring effective student practicum placements and collaborating with administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for aesthetics specialty courses, ensuring instructional alignment and compliance with accrediting bodies
• Engage in weekly meetings with the Associate Dean to review program operations, curriculum development, and faculty performance
• Provide mentorship for adjunct instructors and oversee student practicum placements, including preceptor approval and site evaluations

Required qualifications

• Doctorate or terminal degree in the discipline; professional certification in aesthetics may be considered
• Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience within an academic institution; multi-campus leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in aesthetics or assigned specialty area
• Active and applicable professional licensure and/or certifications are required
• Certification in aesthetics preferred (Certified Aesthetics Nurse Specialist)
