Family Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive care for children and adults with eating disorders, the full-time Family Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth will manage a high volume patient case-load and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
• Implement medication treatment plans in a virtual clinic setting
• Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and collaborate with the treatment team through Equip EMR

Required qualifications

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting, preferably in Primary Care
• Ability to maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross licensing as applicable
• Commitment to providing excellent evidence-based care and advancing clinical skills
• Effective communication skills with patients and their caregivers
