Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist in Client Accounting Services for a Family Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and administrative services, including accounts payable processing and issue resolution
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor accounts for timely payments
- Assist with year-end reporting and special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA eligible preferred
- 0 to 3 years of accounting, accounts payable, or bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred
- Understanding of professional services and client service
