Job Summary
Serving as the foremost expert in Family Office risk management solutions, the full-time Family Office Practice Leader will shape strategic direction, advise ultra-high-net-worth families and organizations, and drive innovation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and influence the long-term strategic vision and growth strategy for the Family Office practice within the Private Risk Management organization
- Serve as the lead advisor for complex family office relationships, providing consultation on sophisticated risk management and wealth preservation challenges
- Develop executive-level relationships and generate high-value business opportunities through strategic networking and market engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, risk management, economics, or a related field required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in private risk management, family office advisory services, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience advising family offices and complex wealth organizations
- Nationally recognized expertise in Family Office risk management or private client advisory services preferred
- Professional designations such as CPRIA, CPCU, CIC, CRM, or equivalent strongly preferred
