Family Resource Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Resource Specialist to support families seeking enrollment in early childhood education programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify enrollment opportunities and respond to parent inquiries with tailored information
• Guide families through the enrollment process and collaborate with marketing on campaigns
• Assist in training new employees and maintain accurate reporting and CRM records

Required Qualifications

• CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in a childcare setting preferred
• Experience as a building administrator or classroom teacher is preferred
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and state licensing requirements
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required
