Family Time Program Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of staff providing therapeutic and standard supervision for families, the full-time Family Time Program Supervisor will lead training, manage staff productivity, and ensure high-quality trauma-informed services in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff in delivering therapeutic supervision and parent coaching
• Conduct hiring, training, and ongoing management of staff performance and contract adherence
• Collaborate with other supervisors to enhance program development and community service quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling)
• Preferred supervisory experience in a related setting
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprint and background checks
