Job Summary
Leading data strategy and reporting initiatives, the full-time Farm Animal Sustainability Analyst will manage data governance, optimize data processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital sustainability solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the data model, governance, access security, and data integrity roadmap for the sustainability platform ecosystem
- Optimize and automate existing data processes while ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards
- Serve as a trusted customer resource by troubleshooting data issues and delivering training materials for internal and external users
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or in a related role within the farm animal industry
- Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, and Row-Level Security
- Strong project management and business analysis skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions through effective cross-functional communication
