Job Summary

Driving underwriting excellence, the fully remote Farm Underwriting Senior Consultant II will leverage technical expertise to manage farm business portfolios, evaluate complex risks, and collaborate with agents to foster strong business relationships while supporting profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage new and renewal farm business to maintain a high-quality portfolio
• Evaluate complex risks and make sound underwriting decisions aligned with business objectives
• Partner with agents to identify opportunities and provide underwriting expertise through regular agency visits

Required Qualifications

• 4 or more years of professional experience in underwriting
• Strong understanding of agriculture underwriting and insurance regulations
• Proven ability to build business relationships and collaborate effectively
• Experience in analyzing portfolio performance and developing recommendations for improvement
• Demonstrated skills in loss mitigation strategies and risk assessment
