Job Summary
Supporting the operational needs of the Smart Solar and Farmer and Rancher Services divisions, the full-time, fully remote Farm Viability Operations Associate will manage contract administration, invoice and payment tracking, and the development of operational systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance across 100+ active contracts annually
- Track and manage over 250 invoices and 500 payments annually, maintaining accurate records and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Lead the design and optimization of contract and invoice tracking systems, integrating AI-assisted tools to improve operational workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations, contract administration, or program coordination, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience coordinating contracts or tracking financial documentation at volume in a professional setting
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, systems, and terminology
- Proficiency with project management, database, or contract management software
- Demonstrated openness to adopting AI-assisted productivity tools as a core part of daily work
