Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in launching a fashion brand or leading creative direction
• Deep understanding of garment construction and textiles
• Experience in a startup environment with the ability to make high-stakes decisions
• Expert-level knowledge in apparel, with additional experience in accessories or home decor being a plus
• Ability to translate complex manufacturing constraints into clear creative directions
