Job Summary
To support a leading global apparel organization, the remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting for fashion design, technical design, and apparel roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and building strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, creative, product, and commercial roles
- Partner with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with workforce needs
- Develop proactive pipelines for priority functions across design, product, merchandising, planning, and creative
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of talent acquisition or corporate recruiting experience
- Significant experience recruiting within fashion, apparel, retail, or product-creation environments
- Demonstrated success hiring for design, technical design, product development, merchandising, planning, or creative disciplines
- Experience supporting multi-brand, matrixed, or global organizations
- Strong communication and data-driven mindset
