Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fast Track Specialist responsible for overseeing clients' first 401(k) contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in establishing 401(k) plans
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met and drive process improvements
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing technical integrations with payroll providers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a role demonstrating troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with retirement plans or payroll providers
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage project plans independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer onboarding within a SaaS environment
