Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist in Credit Reporting Escalated Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to escalated credit reporting disputes, focusing on Identity Theft and Block Notifications
- Engage with customers, dealers, and third parties to gather facts and document disputes accurately
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting department productivity and quality metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- FCRA Certification within the past 2 years
- Minimum 1 year of credit dispute resolution experience
- Experience with e-OSCAR, Artiva, and LSS
- Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and bureau reporting is preferred
