Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Credit Reporting Escalated Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and respond to escalated credit reporting disputes, focusing on Identity Theft and Block Notifications
  • Engage with customers, dealers, and third parties to gather facts and document disputes accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service while meeting department productivity and quality metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • FCRA Certification within the past 2 years
  • Minimum 1 year of credit dispute resolution experience
  • Experience with e-OSCAR, Artiva, and LSS
  • Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and bureau reporting is preferred
