FCRA Compliance Disputes Specialist

Job Summary

FCRA Compliance Disputes Specialist investigates and resolves consumer credit bureau disputes in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) as a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process consumer disputes through the e-OSCAR system within regulatory timeframes
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine credit reporting accuracy and coordinate corrections with credit bureaus
• Maintain documentation of all dispute investigations and resolutions in required systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in credit operations, banking, or financial services required
• 1-2 years of experience in consumer disputes or compliance roles preferred
• Strong understanding of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements
• Experience with e-OSCAR system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
