Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Bureau Reporting/FCRA Dispute Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end credit bureau reporting lifecycle and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Act as the business owner for FCRA compliance related to credit reporting and disputes
  • Lead initiatives to automate reporting and dispute workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in credit bureau reporting, FCRA dispute management, or regulatory compliance
  • Deep expertise in Metro 2, FCRA, FACTA, and CFPB expectations
  • Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits, and issue remediation
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
