Job Summary

A company is looking for an FCRA Disputes Specialist to lead complex credit reporting dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on FCRA disputes, handling complex cases with minimal supervision
• Lead investigations and resolutions of escalated credit reporting disputes, ensuring compliance with FCRA regulations
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for dispute resolution while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-5 years of experience in the financial industry is preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, complaint resolution, or credit bureau disputes is a plus
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma with applicable work experience is acceptable
• Understanding of consumer credit regulations and FCRA compliance is essential
• Experience in auditing and regulatory reviews related to credit reporting disputes is beneficial
