FDA Labeling Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labeling Analyst to assist in reviewing product labels and ensuring regulatory compliance for FDA and USDA regulated products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop nutrition and regulatory technical information for ingredients and products
• Review and approve label graphics for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy
• Provide nutrition and regulatory guidance on project teams to enable accurate decision-making

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Nutrition, Food Science, or related scientific field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D, or Quality with a global/US food manufacturer
• Experience working in an FDA regulated environment, specifically in a label compliance role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn product lifecycle management systems
• Ability to handle complexity and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
