Job Summary

A company is looking for an FDA Healthcare Attorney to support high-volume marketing and advertising initiatives for healthcare product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on FTC/FDA advertising regulations and healthcare compliance
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams on product initiatives related to hair loss, mental health, and skincare
• Identify and address issues in privacy and data security related to telehealth services

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare law or related field
• Strong understanding of FTC/FDA advertising regulations
• Experience with healthcare compliance including CPOM and HIPAA
• Telehealth experience is preferred
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
