Job Summary

Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - FDA Premarket Approval Strategy will provide strategic guidance on growth, market opportunities, and partnerships while working remotely to support healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares
• Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and social impact strategies
• Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health, biotech, and investing

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, or venture capital
• Senior leadership or advisory experience preferred
• Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems
• Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to startups
• Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
