FDR Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance - FDR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs) as part of the Compliance Effectiveness Program
• Conduct desktop and onsite audits of FDRs, creating audit reports and scorecards
• Issue Corrective Action Plans and ensure deficiencies are addressed and corrected

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of healthcare auditing or insurance operations experience, with knowledge of Medicare Part C & D standards
• Experience managing FDRs and identifying non-compliance issues
• Ability to execute the full audit process, including creating reports and scorecards
• Experience in issuing and managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet strict CMS deadlines
