Job Summary

Driving revenue growth across federal sectors, the full-time Federal Account Director will develop and execute account strategies for federal organizations, focusing on AI and machine learning security solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize existing relationships and build new connections within government agencies to identify and advance strategic opportunities
  • Conduct discovery sessions and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and articulate the value of HiddenLayer's platform
  • Lead opportunity strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations while maintaining accurate pipeline data within CRM systems
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience selling cybersecurity platforms or AI/ML technologies to U.S. Federal Government customers
  • Active or previous Top Secret clearance
  • Demonstrated success managing complex federal sales cycles and exceeding quota expectations
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their associated security risks
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting
