Federal Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, Federal Government (ACT).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with SES-level leadership and IT Procurement heads across the Commonwealth
• Lead renewal negotiations and identify expansion opportunities within existing and new Agencies
• Create multi-year account plans and forecast sales activity accurately

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the Australian SaaS market
• Deep understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Digital Marketplace sourcing arrangements
• Solid understanding of cloud-based digital identity and the Australian legal framework for electronic signatures
• Exceptional ability to navigate public sector communication
• Ability to use data-driven insights to identify churn risks
