Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Account Executive - Department of Energy (DOE) East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan for DOE headquarters, national labs, and field offices
  • Build relationships with program managers and contracting officers across DOE's mission areas
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospect to close, negotiating complex multi-million-dollar contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of B2G sales experience, with at least 3 years in DOE or DOE-funded entities
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar contracts within the federal energy sector
  • Deep understanding of DOE's organizational structure and procurement vehicles
  • Strong network of DOE contacts, including program managers and contracting officers
  • Experience collaborating with capture managers and technical SMEs
