Job Summary
A company is looking for a Federal Account Executive - Department of Energy (DOE) East.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan for DOE headquarters, national labs, and field offices
- Build relationships with program managers and contracting officers across DOE's mission areas
- Lead the sales cycle from prospect to close, negotiating complex multi-million-dollar contracts
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2G sales experience, with at least 3 years in DOE or DOE-funded entities
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar contracts within the federal energy sector
- Deep understanding of DOE's organizational structure and procurement vehicles
- Strong network of DOE contacts, including program managers and contracting officers
- Experience collaborating with capture managers and technical SMEs
