Job Summary

Owning new business acquisition and managing an existing portfolio of federal agency customers, the full-time Federal Account Executive will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and drive the sales process from prospecting to close in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of federal agency customers while continuously pipelining new opportunities
  • Meet or exceed annual quotas for customer retention and new business targets
  • Create proposals and executive briefings for HR and business leaders at federal agencies
Required qualifications
  • 3-4+ years of Account Executive experience selling SaaS-based solutions, ideally to the federal government or public sector
  • Experience with new business acquisition and customer retention in a hybrid AE motion
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and contracting
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent performance
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience managing senior government stakeholders
