Job Summary

Focusing on building new business and growing the Elastic footprint, the full-time Federal Account Executive will manage the sales cycle for Federal Systems Integrators, identifying opportunities and ensuring successful implementation of Elastic cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities with FSI customers and manage complex sales transactions
  • Uncover diverse use cases to enhance user efficiency and collaboration across business functions
  • Develop a robust business plan leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems for significant growth
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of sales experience in the public sector, specifically with APM/Application Performance Monitoring and Infrastructure Monitoring Solutions
  • Proven track record of closing sophisticated six-figure deals and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to present innovative perspectives that challenge customer viewpoints
  • Experience collaborating with field sales organizations to optimize selling strategies
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background; security clearance preferred
