Job Summary
Driving sales of ServiceNow-aligned services, the full-time Federal Account Executive will generate new business and expand impact across Federal Civilian agencies while collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance mission outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic account plans for ServiceNow opportunities targeting the US Federal Government
- Identify, qualify, and close deals with new and existing clients through inside and field sales efforts
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction and drive recurring revenue
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise/professional services sales, preferably within the US Federal Government
- Proven track record in the ServiceNow ecosystem or with a ServiceNow partner
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products and workflows
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools
