Federal Account Executive

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of AI-powered search solutions, the full-time Federal Account Executive will engage with the United States Department of Treasury to enhance customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop comprehensive growth strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within Federal Civilian accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them leverage search analytics for actionable insights
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a business plan to drive growth within the territory

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales, particularly with Federal Civilian agencies
• Experience selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud
• Adept at building relationships with both developers and executives
• Strong sales forecasting skills using SFDC
• Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and community engagement
