Job Summary
Driving growth in Federal technology sales, the full-time Federal Account Executive will identify and develop new accounts within the DoW Defense Agencies, collaborating with technical teams to deliver innovative IT solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for long-term success across key DoW agencies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in Defense Agencies to expand customer bases and market penetration
- Lead the sales cycle from prospect to close, crafting value propositions and negotiating complex contracts
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience, particularly in the Federal Government or VAR sector
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and margin goals while expanding relationships within the Department of War and Fourth Estate
- Expertise in collaborating with OEMs like Dell, Cisco, and Microsoft, utilizing contract vehicles effectively
- Strong understanding of Federal contracting cycles, procurement strategies, and acquisition policies (FAR/DFAR)
