Job Summary
Overseeing strategic federal engagements, the full-time remote Client Account Lead will manage a portfolio of contracts, ensuring client success, performance delivery, and account growth while building strong relationships with the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) major contractor client.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account-level strategies aligned with agency missions and growth goals
- Drive innovation and client retention across SOCOM federal accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust through effective communication and performance transparency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 8-12 years of federal consulting experience, or 18-22 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Proven success managing portfolios exceeding $25M in annual revenue
- Experience with SAP ERP implementations or modernization programs within federal agencies
- Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
