Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Customer Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Federal field sales by driving pipeline and closing revenue across assigned territories
• Engage with customers for onboarding, account health checks, and renewal preparations
• Coordinate meetings and develop sales documentation while maintaining accurate CRM records

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, account support, or customer success roles
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Must be a US Citizen and reside within the greater DMV area
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
• Preferred experience supporting Federal or public sector sales teams
