Federal Account Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Solution Engineer for the Federal Region (All Levels).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct workshops, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) to deliver measurable outcomes
• Lead technical and business discovery to define use cases and create execution plans
• Build scalable solutions and ensure production readiness while guiding customers through the activation process

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing solution or technical architecture roles
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and platform building
• Fluency in agentic and AI concepts, including LLMs and agentic engineering tools
• Proven ability to lead POC initiatives with measurable success criteria
• Strong executive and technical communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
