Job Summary
Federal Accounts Business Consultant manages complex projects and collaborates with stakeholders to support the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and Postal Service Health Benefits programs in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects to enhance self-insured federal plans' performance and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategic objectives and support business priorities
- Oversee procurement activities, contract administration, and network reporting for federal health plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of health insurance experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, particularly Excel
