Job Summary

Federal Accounts Business Consultant manages complex projects and collaborates with stakeholders to support the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and Postal Service Health Benefits programs in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects to enhance self-insured federal plans' performance and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategic objectives and support business priorities
  • Oversee procurement activities, contract administration, and network reporting for federal health plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of health insurance experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, particularly Excel
