Federal Acquisition Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Providing cradle-to-grave federal acquisition support, the full-time Contract Specialist II will manage procurement actions, ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and coordinate with stakeholders in a primarily remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support for a variety of federal procurement actions
• Prepare and review acquisition documentation, including solicitations and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Coordinate solicitation activities, proposal submissions, and communications with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing cradle-to-grave federal contracting
• Current or previous FAC-C certification (or equivalent civilian acquisition certification)
• Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the federal acquisition lifecycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
