Job Summary
To support a client in Washington, D.C., the remote Acquisition Management Support SME will assist program offices in creating and reviewing requirement documentation, develop training sessions for the acquisition community, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and review of acquisition documents, including Statements of Work and Performance Work Statements
- Conduct formal and informal training sessions on acquisition processes and documentation standards
- Provide recommendations for improvements within the client's acquisition and contracting processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- FAC-C or DAWIA Level III in Contracting; FAC-COR Level III
- 10+ years of experience in federal acquisition and program management
- 5-7 years dedicated to Pre-Award Acquisition Planning
- Experience in developing pre-solicitation documentation and conducting formal market research
