Job Summary
Driving strategic partnerships, the full-time Federal Aerospace Defense Partner Manager will develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Federal Government, Aerospace, and Defense sectors to enhance pipeline creation, revenue growth, and customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and manage relationships with strategic Resellers, System Integrators, and Defense Contractors
- Lead partner enablement initiatives and collaborate with marketing teams to drive pipeline growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development
- Strong understanding of the Federal Government, Aerospace, and Defense industry landscape
- Experience working with System Integrators, Defense Contractors, and Consulting Firms
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business execution
