Federal Affairs Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Federal Affairs Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage legislative and regulatory monitoring, analyze the impact of legislation on operations, and support corporate responses to regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle legislative and regulatory monitoring of federal activities, gathering information from various sources
• Analyze legislation and regulations for their impact on operations and collaborate with industry groups for compliance and modifications
• Research and prepare technical materials for senior management and trade associations while integrating GenAI tools to improve processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2 - 4 years' experience in P&C insurance or Government Relations with analytical skills
• Knowledge of GenAI and proficiency in using GenAI tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Completion of at least 4 CPCU exams or CPCU designation is a plus
