Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert - Federal Budget Formulation & Execution Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business priorities
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and recommend implementation strategies
• Review business requirements and proposed system designs, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Minimum 7 years of experience in federal project management and budget formulation
• Proven expertise with Budget Formulation and Execution Manager (BFEM)
• Experience implementing and supporting Office 365 collaboration tools
