Job Summary
As a full-time remote Federal Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce and Amazon Connect, the candidate will manage client business requirements, support solution design, and oversee project management for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client business requirements into detailed documentation and functional specifications for Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure technical solutions align with client business goals
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while serving as the primary client contact for operational aspects
Required qualifications
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance(s)
- 3-5+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce or AWS ecosystem, preferably with a Salesforce Implementation Partner
- Hands-on experience or deep understanding of Amazon Connect platform capabilities and Service Cloud Voice
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small-to-midsize engagements simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; federal experience strongly preferred
