Job Summary
Federal Business Developer, this remote position focuses on generating new ESPC/UESC business in the Western United States through a consultative sales approach, involving prospecting, proposal preparation, and ongoing customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new federal ESPC/UESC business and develop client relationships
- Prepare and present professional proposals addressing customer needs and concerns
- Monitor account plan progress and coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in selling large, complex financial solutions in the Federal sector
- Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and strategic energy planning
- Ability to analyze operational costs and customer infrastructure
- Experience in maintaining customer contact throughout project implementation
