• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• Established professional relationships within federal civilian or defense agencies
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding business development performance targets
