Federal Capture Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Capture & Proposal Analyst (Entry-Level).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track federal opportunities, including sources sought notices, RFIs, and RFPs
• Assist with drafting responses to sources sought notices and organizing capture materials
• Support proposal coordination, including editing, formatting, and assembling proposal documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Interest in federal contracting and proposal development
• Experience with writing, research, or project coordination is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
