Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal proposal management or related fields
• Experience with federal procurement processes and documentation such as RFQs and RFPs
• Strong understanding of proposal compliance and evaluation criteria
• Ability to collaborate with technical professionals and translate services into proposal content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or pursuit-tracking tools
