Federal Capture Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic opportunity development, the full-time Federal Capture Manager will manage federal pipeline activities, identify acquisition opportunities, and execute comprehensive capture plans while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, qualify, and manage a strategic federal pipeline using various tools and customer engagement activities
• Identify opportunities early in the acquisition lifecycle and shape customer requirements to enhance competitive positioning
• Lead RFI, Sources Sought, and RFP response efforts, ensuring compliant and differentiated submissions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal capture management or related fields within Defense Tech or GovTech
• Demonstrated success in leading complex federal or defense captures from qualification through award
• Strong understanding of U.S. Federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS regulations
• Experience supporting pursuits across DoD, IC, DHS, or civilian federal agencies
• Familiarity with major federal contract vehicles such as GSA MAS and OASIS
