Job Summary
To drive partner-led growth in the federal sector, the full-time Channel Account Manager will manage relationships with federal partners, support marketing campaigns, and evaluate business opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, prospect, and develop key relationships with existing and prospective federal partners including 3PAOs and advisory firms
- Drive the partner review process and support marketing campaigns aligned to federal service offerings
- Track lead metrics and report on business performance to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in Channel Sales and solution selling, preferably in federal or public-sector markets
- Existing relationships within the federal compliance and cybersecurity landscape
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact
- Familiarity with Salesforce and O365 is preferred
